Keywords:
gender, inequality, invisibility, Women’s workAbstract
The article is the result of bibliographical research and systematization of the work developed,
through agroecological practices, by the Canudos Guerreiras Women Group, located in the
Canudos / Palmeiras Settlement of Goiás-GO. The objective was to recover the historical
movement and practices experienced in the agroecological production processes, besides
analyzing the gender inequalities, the invisibility of the female work, the challenges faced in the
production process, processing and commercialization of the fruits of collective or individual
work. The study is a result of the concerns of the Social Worker, the Peasant Social Movements,
led by the Landless Movement (MST). And, also, through the inspiration of militant references
of resistance and permanence in the Field. Organizational processes of the working
class are considered relevant in confronting neoliberal tendencies and globalization of capital.
