Abstract

The aim this work is to analyze the degree of knowledge of women settled on the production
techniques used in Territory Cory/Andradina. The research was constituted of application of
questions with open questions. They haven´t used chemicals, fertilizers and agrochemicals.
They have used the maximum amount of manure and organic material from the lot. They can
understand that the earth, people, animals and plants interact, favoring the environmental balance.
Producers have tested various techiniques in their production systems, because although
they don´t know the scientific term, they recognize the needs of conscious use of the soil
and the environment. This report shows the emphasis of the training as a form of intervention,
aligned with the expectations of the producers in the concern to produce healthy food.
