Among the activities carried out are composting, which aims to produce organic compost using waste from school feeding and also from the maintenance of gardens, such as pruning plants and grass clippings. In the agro-ecological space, we cultivate species of vegetables adapted to our region and the introduction of non-conventional vegetables, PANCs (Non-Conventional Food Plants), so that students can taste and cultivate new plant varieties with very significant nutritional values and mainly be nourished by plants previously considered as MATO.
