Abstract

This report is about the experience of sharing the knowledge of cleaning for environments and people, in an ecological, medicinal and biodegradable way. It is necessary to expand the uses of medicinal herbs as alternatives to the uses of synthetic products used in a rampant way in our homes and work environments. The experience is developed by two female urban farmers, who had the opportunity to participate in an Ecological Cleaning training course, starting to produce for their personal use and then for commercialization. The proposal is in line with the perspective of agroecological urban agriculture, in the defense of the use of products that do not harm the environment, from the solidarity economy to the well-being of people, pointing to the promotion of income generation through participation in solidarity marketing with a view to the autonomy of women.
