Abstract

The objective of this work was to report the experience of the Agroecological Fruticulture, of the Higher Course of Technology in Agroecology of IFS - São Cristóvão, in February of 2018, relating the theory to student practice in BioMudaSe - Biofábrica in the Production of Sergipe seedlings, demonstrating the importance of praxis in the teaching-learning process and knowledge construction. Following the safety protocols during the stages, banana and pineapple seedlings were extracted for tissue extraction in the in vitro propagation process and mulungú seed for drying in the exhaust hood. The practice of micropropagation of seedlings has proved to be a very important tool for plant biotechnology, whether in basic research or for industrial and agricultural purposes.
