Abstract

The present report of experiences aims to present how we are constructing the process of agroecological transition in the municipality of Cristianópolis - GO, since 2017. Several local actors and institutions act in this challenging context. As well as advances, Agroecology is routinely tested, and this evidence is reinforcing links, stimulating opportunities for improvement, and exercising trust among stakeholders, thus establishing a very positive environment for the construction of agroecological knowledge. It should be noted that these processes are neither continuous nor linear, and are built collaboratively over time. As a result of the opportunities built in 2019, we expect the maintenance of the agroforestry systems already in place, the construction of the microusine for the processing of milk products, the consolidation of the ITEGO Network courses offered in the municipality and a work closer to the family farmers.
