The work brings an approach on the Pedagogy of Alternation with the proposal to report the academic course of a student farmer of the course of Degree in Education of the Field of the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro. It exposes the activities carried out in the Community Time between the years 2016 and 2019, introducing the dialogue between popular knowledge and scientific knowledge for the construction of agroecological knowledge.
