Abstract

This article aims to give voice to the young children of rural settlers who attend agricultural
technical education in the alternating mode at the State Center for Technological Education
Paula Souza (Ceeteps), at the State Technical School (ETEC) “Sebastiana Augusta de Moraes”
located at Municipality of Andradina -SP. It is emphasized here the importance of the school-
student relationship, in this case, the teacher-student relationship for the good functioning
of the pedagogy of the alternation as a tool for school valorization and the rural way of life. It
was verified that the school has fulfilled its role since the students feel favored when attending
classes, have proximity and good relation with the teachers and still value the alternation as an
educational tool, without which they could not attend the chosen course.
