Abstract

Agroecological systems have principles built on biodiversity, traditional knowledge and the promotion of traditional genetic materials. In view of this factor, it is extremely important to foster facilitating means for family farmers who want to add agrobiodiversity without their agroecosystems or are in search of the agroecological transition. Thus, this research sought to compile key information through a systematic review of institutions and scientific work in order to provide synthesized material to assist such farmers in Southwest Paraná. Through the survey of materials about the biodiversity of Creole seeds of the Southwest of Paraná, one can see the large number of species that are conserved by the guardians. The role of the Creole seeds of corn and beans in this context is important, because they are those that are conserved in all the documents raised.
