Implementation of agroecological Garden in the foundation of well being with children at risk of social vulnerability

For the development of ecological awareness combined with the therapeutic nature that activities
like this provide, the implementation of an agroecological garden in a welfare foundation
for children at risk of social vulnerability is a practical alternative of building citizens aware of
the benefits of the inclusion of vegetables in their alimentation.
Thus, theoretical and practical activities carried out in the institution, offer through sensory
teaching and participation in the vegetable garden, the introduction of the vegetable in the diet
of children and adolescents inserted, as well as the training of lunch ladies and employees.
