This paper presents the experience "Barraca Paulo Freire" conceived in the context of planning, organizing and carrying out the "Espaço agroecológico da Várzea", Recife, Pernambuco. based on the articulation between marketing and education in agroecology. This initiative is based on the understanding that, in addition to food without poisons, agroecology means the defense of a full life where body, spirit, mind and community must be healthy so that life can happen in the best way possible. In this sense, it values the meeting place and opens itself to the perspective of popular education and sensitive education, which turns to social, aesthetic, cultures, subjectives. It also starts from the recognition of the importance of experience and of the construction process by many hands, where each member brings their knowledge, their baggage, making up a diverse space, articulated with the idea of agroecology as science, practice and movement.
