This work aims to understand from the educators perceptions, how agroecological knowledge
construction is being worked from the rural education perspective. The research was conducted
with 21 teachers from rural schools of the public school system, from municipalities in Northeast
of Pará. In the data collection was used direct observation. From the narratives analysis
in conversations groups, it was understood that educators adopt in the course curriculum the
local knowledge and cultures, promoting the collective agroecological knowledge construction,
and thus, reaching a rural education.
