The Agroecological Joint efforts and their social integration and socialization of youth in the construction of knowledge

Abstract

School Technical of the Rural University’s project named “Agroecological joint efforts” took place
in 2015 with the organization of an event whose objective was to integrate young high school
students, professionals and teachers, in order to perform practices of transformation of spaces
in the institution involving technical knowledge in agroecology. There were several activities
and actions that culminated in the elaboration of different projects elaborated by the students
themselves. This action unfolded in monthly groupings that integrated such projects, besides
enabling the socialization of these young people through interdisciplinarity and exchange of
knowledge. We believe that this project made possible a different look for the College and a
greater involvement with the course and its spaces of formation. Therefore, we consider the
importance of the “joint efforts” in the development of a critical education, human and social.
