O Núcleo de Estudos em Agroecologia – NEA Juçara e a extensão universitária da UFPR Litoral

Abstract

The Nucleus of Studies in Agroecology – NEA Juçara, linked to the Technology in Agroecology course at the Federal University of Paraná - Coastal Sector, is a University Extension Program that brings together four different projects. It integrates extension, research and teaching activities, aimed at building and sharing knowledge and techniques related to Agroecology, organic production, agroecological education and sustainable territorial development. The activities, as well as the writing of this report, are collective and involve participatory methodologies such as Participatory Rural Diagnosis, Culture Circle, River of Life, Field Notes, Reports, Photos, Graphic Facilitations, Action Research, among others that have provided permanent interactions with communities, farmers, students, technicians and professors, and intrinsically dialogue with the principles and guidelines of Education in Agroecology.
