Education in Agroecology in postgraduate courses during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

The present text reports an experience of education in agroecology that took place in the years 2020 and 2021, through two remote offers of discipline in the Graduate Program in Territorial Dynamics and Society in the Amazon (PDTSA) of the Federal University of South and Southeast of Pará (Unifesspa). We present some relevant elements of the aforementioned discipline, number of participants, themes addressed, strategies to overcome the limitations imposed by the virtuality of the meetings, as well as far-reaching results, such as the production of qualified texts that are later presented and published. The results point to the importance of adapting teaching tools to remote mode and encouraging student participation in scientific events.
