Consumers of organic products of the fair of Mercadão 2000 - Santarém-PA

The objective of the study was to know the profile of organic consumers who attend the Mercadão
2000 fair in Santarém-PA. For this, a questionnaire was applied with 20 consumers. Most
of the interviewees are female. The irregularity of the product supply is one of the factors that
limit the consumption of organic, the interviewees would like to find a greater variety of organic
products, mainly tomato, carrot and onion.
