Abstract

The text is about the experience developed with peasant children through infantile riddle. In the
first State meeting of popular peasant movement – PPM, situated in north east of Para (Brazil).
It intent to socialize the reflections about the constitutive process realized with them, through
the concepts: Organization, production and conflict. The objective of activity was introduce a
discussion about childhood, peasant identity and production. The first movement was meant for
space organization, where the participants were stimulated into mystic for symbolic representation
of field elements. In the same sense, a circle of dialogue followed by a field visitation involving
subjects discussed by the movement about the production of health food. Finally, the discussion
returned to protagonism of riddle in PPM. The results show an identity relationship that
children establish with the place, the culture and function as an active subject in the movement.
