Dialogue on Living Social Technologies with the Brazilian semiarid

Abstract

The experience was determined by the need for a theoretical and practical deepening on the
specificities of the Brazilian Semiarid Region (SAB), so as to know the strategies of living with
the SAB, by the students and professionals in the agrarian area and, education that work in the
spaces Rural areas of the state of Paraíba. The objective of this process of socialization and
knowledge construction was to provide a basis for a greater awareness of the students that
work in this region, about the intrinsic characteristics of the SAB and the strategies of coexistence.
This experience consisted of a process of Andragogy developed during the workshop:
Social Technologies of Coexistence with the Brazilian Semiarid, held during the First National
Seminar of the NEMDR, which was divided into reflective and practical moments. The activity
subsidized reflections and intellectual and technological improvements of coexistence with the
Semiarid for workshop participants.
