Perception of family farmers on quality of life

The objective of this work was to reflect on the quality of life of a group of family farmers. Thus
the approach was qualitative and the natural environment as a direct source for data collection
to deepen the specific reality through the direct observation of the group activities. Social organization,
environment, food, body care and aesthetics were questions raised by family farmers
about perceptions of quality of life. Despite the theoretical perception of quality of life, farmers
need to strengthen in practice habits restricted to the local context of rights to access.
