Keywords:
Agriculture Revenue, Non-agricultural income, Social Policy RevenueAbstract
The income of agro-ecological farmers often appears as a central element in agroecological
transition processes. In this sense, the purpose of this text is to analyze the composition of
the family’s income through a diagnosis of 88 family farmers. As a result it is pointed out the
existence of a group that have the centrality of the income derived from agriculture, tending to
be consolidated, outlining a classic hypothesis of the initial work. On the other hand, a majority
group emerges that compose the income between the agricultural and livestock categories,
public and non-agricultural policies, pointing to a different strategy of social reproduction.
