Abstract

The set of traditional productive activities of the Mẽbêngôkre-Kayapó people of Tekrejarôti-re,
Las Casas Indigenous Land are integrally interrelated, embedded in each other, as strategies
to guarantee the feeding of families, because they are inserted in the forms of exploitation of
area with the cultivation of several species of vegetables and several varieties of the same
species. As well as taking advantage of the time for collecting fruits, medicinal plants and raw
materials to produce material and immaterial culture of which they are part of the traditional
culture of this people.
