Abstract

The project “Community Bank of Creole Seeds: a link of integration and rescue of the identity of
family agriculture” began in 2015 in the municipality of Santa Teresa, Espirito Santo. Aiming at
the rescue, multiplication and valorization of crops of Creole varieties. Among the several actions
developed by the project, one of them was the “prosa day”, where informative lectures on
seeds and the productivity presentation of beans were rescued and multiplied by the community
bank of creole seeds, being the productivities of some varieties Larger than the national
average, thus demonstrating the importance of the project in the rescue of family agriculture in
the municipality of Santa Teresa.
