A Casa Familiar Rural de Boa Vista do Ramos: experiências sobre a Pedagogia da Alternância na formação profissional do Técnico em Agroecologia

This article reports on the experience of the Alternation Pedagogy and its contribution in the
formation of the 1st Class of Technicians in Agroecology, of the Rural Family House of Boa
Vista of Ramos, in the state of Amazonas. Qualitative research was considered by the need
for observation and documentary analysis. The Federal Institute of Amazonas and partner with
ARCARFAR-Amazonas and other institutions promoted the course through PRONATEC that
guaranteed the professional training of thirty students between 16 and 62 years of age. Farmers,
fishermen, extractivists, young people and women who perceived in the rural education
the opportunity to qualify professionally, but with a project discussed with the target audience,
and especially with the proposal of the pedagogy of alternation. The experience brought the
conception of education and the world, besides experiencing that the public policies for the
field are indeed a challenge and that the achievements inspire the construction and continuity
of the ideas.
