Abstract

The general objective of this paper is to report the agroforestry garden course: cultivating
abundance, life and diversity in communion with the Earth, carried out in the agroecological
housing Refazenda, in Araras - SP, as an example of a possibility of sharing and creating agroecological
knowledge in autonomous ways, focusing on the contributions of the people who
participate in the process through dialectical strategies. The specific objectives are to expand
the collection of knowledge and practices on agroforestry systems in their various modalities
and to present the fundaments of the course – the addressed concepts and practical activities
that were carried out. Analyzing the results, it is seen that there is the necessary public and
demand for the construction of a practical-epistemological model of course that can be easily
generated, in an autonomous way, that can be put into practice in different contexts.
