Abstract

The Municipal Department of education Terenos/MS, committed to the quality of life of the population of the country, as well as the permanence of those guys on the field, it is proposed in the year 2013, the establishment of a Municipal field education Proposal, which consider the needs of communities, continuing training for teachers, so that they can better meet at rural communities, to develop a quality education, creating challenging conditions for the subjects involved. The methodological procedures focused on the first point in the diagnosis of the educational reality of field schools, document analysis and realization of Municipal Education Seminar of the field, with permanent monitoring done by coordination of field education in order to deploy it properly the reality of the field, seek support from other sectors that the chosen with the proposal of the education field, having in your curricular discipline matrix of environmental education through the same field schools, developing important activities related to environmental issues and the specific field, showing significant advances for the education of the country, linked to the reality of field, enriched of life experiences, which enables to choose conditions as citizens, on the place you want to live. In 2017 the proposal went through necessary adequacies, expanding partnerships, restructuring projects of field schools, intensifying the educational formations, in order to improve the process of pedagogical practices, which ensure your development in the proper format to improvement of quality of teaching learning to all involved.
