Concern from a nutritional point of view and responsibility towards the environment has been increasing concomitantly with the production of eco-based food over the years. In addition to consumer advantages, short-selling chains have proven to be excellent alternatives for the transaction of products, coexisting with the technological innovations coming from today's world. Thus, the FEPOUT - Organic Products Fair of UTFPR, registered as an extension project under number 435/2016 / PB, was created simultaneously with the creation of NEA_Sudoeste_PR - Center for Studies in Agroecology and Organic Production in the Southwest of Paraná, with the objective of stimulating and consolidating agroecological practices motivating the production of organic foods. In addition, FEPOUT sought to strengthen the partnership between farming families and consumers, which in this case are academics, servants and the external community, including the analysis of the marketing efforts employed.
