Potentialities and difficulties of access to PNAE between family farmers and Federal Institutes of Espírito Santo.

Abstract

This work seeks to describe the difficulties and potentialities in the implementation of the PNAE on two campuses of the federal Institutes of Education of Espírito Santo. The study with descriptive careter Atrvez of structured interviews to servers of federal institutes appointed by Ordinance to implement the program, documentary research by Records acquired on the campus.
In the execution of the PNAE there were some differences in driving as the articulation with external entities which directly affected the number of subscribers in the public calls.
