Abstract

The Monte Carmelo campus is a project that is associated with the Agroecology Nucleus of Cerrado Mineiro (NACEM) and the Center for Incubation of Popular Solidarity Enterprises (Cieps), which has developed actions to family farming within an agroecological perspective. The realization of the Feirinha project allows the commercialization of agroecological products, generating work and income within the principles of the Solidarity Economy. In this way, this report presented the technical experience of economic monitoring of the fair to assist the farmers in the management of their profits, with a planning of their production and investment in products of greater profitability. The implementation of this action with family agriculture with agroecological production assisted in the technical, social and economic development of the farmers, promoting the quality and food security in the region
